What you'll do

• Provide hospitality and assist guests
• learn and apply culinary techniques
• execute dishes accurately in a fast-paced environment
• prepare fresh vegetables, proteins, and cheeses
• maintain cleanliness and safety in front- and back-of-house areas
• educate guests about the food, brand, and mission
• follow food-safety and sanitation guidelines
• cross-train on multiple stations and train new team members.
