What you'll do

• Answer and route calls through multi-line phone systems
• document patient interactions in telephone encounters in the EHR
• respond to calls, portal messages, voicemails, pharmacies, and outside agencies
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• check patients in and assist with pre-registration and insurance verification
• process patient payments and reconcile daily cash reports
• coordinate interpreters
• support patient portal enrollment
• ensure required referrals, summaries, prescriptions, follow-ups, and documentation are in place.
