What you'll do

• Process sales and purchase orders and receipts
• generate shipment paperwork
• source inventory components
• negotiate vendor pricing
• correspond with domestic and international vendors about orders, pricing, and delivery
• coordinate shipping with customers, vendors, and freight forwarders
• communicate order status to customers
• use EDI
• prepare shipping documents and quotations
• process shipment invoices
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• assist with customer account issues
• process returns and damage claims
• support physical inventory and employee training as needed.
