What you'll do

• Lead technical design, architecture, and implementation of AI and automation solutions
• mentor AI engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing
• establish development, testing, and deployment practices
• make architectural decisions for scalable, maintainable, secure solutions
• lead resolution of complex technical issues
• partner with the AgentOps Team Leader on technical roadmaps
• evaluate emerging technologies with the Innovation Team.
