The Head of Marketing works on a hybrid schedule in Redondo Beach, CA, with flexible work-from-home options available. Compensation is $120,000–$170,000 per year. The role leads growth marketing for CRI Genetics as it expands into health technology with a wearable combining biometric tracking, genetic information, and AI. The role owns full-funnel strategy and execution across acquisition, retention, brand, and product launches. It builds scalable marketing systems, manages teams and agencies, and uses performance metrics to guide growth and investment decisions.

What you'll do

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy from acquisition through retention
• launch, test, and scale paid channels
• lead go-to-market execution for products and channels
• run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, email, and offers
• build lifecycle marketing flows and creative testing programs
• manage the marketing budget and track CAC, LTV, ROAS, and contribution margin
• lead and mentor the marketing team and manage agencies and cross-functional partners.
