Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Facilities Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with pay of $22.50 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule. Odyssey House provides substance use treatment, prevention, mental health services, and related support programs. The technician maintains and improves facilities and grounds so they remain safe and pleasant for residents and staff. The role also assists with inspections and licensure compliance, including fire, health, and Joint Commission requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with facility maintenance, upkeep, and renovations, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical work
• maintain grounds
• assist with building-code inspections and licensure compliance
• support fire, health, and Joint Commission inspections
• perform repairs, painting, and other maintenance tasks.
