What you'll do

• Perform month-end close activities for inventory and cost of goods sold
• analyze actual versus budget costs
• prepare manufacturing cost and inventory analyses
• maintain ERP item setup and cost rolls
• review production bills of materials with production and engineering
• analyze changes affecting costs
• compare standard and actual production costs
• maintain overhead rates
• develop standard costs
• support inventory reviews and plant efficiency metrics
• validate ERP data
• lead job and project cost accounting
• document policies and controls.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience including cost accounting, and 2+ years of operational experience. ERP experience and SQL knowledge are required; CMA or CPA is a plus.
