What you'll do

• Grow passenger volume and revenue for Trafalgar River and Trafalgar Tours in the USA
• develop group business across direct, travel trade, affinity, MICE, and emerging channels
• identify and convert full-ship charter opportunities
• lead proposals, negotiations, contracting, and conversion
• build national partner relationships
• maintain a sales pipeline and monitor performance
• coordinate cross-functionally and report market insights to senior leaders.
