What you'll do

• Assist the Program Director with program consistency
• coordinate individual finances, community outings, appointments, family involvement, and education or vocational programs
• provide hands-on assistance and guidance
• support daily living tasks, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• transport individuals
• document progress and action steps.
