What you'll do

• Assemble and plate meals according to plating guides and portion standards
• measure ingredients with scales and other tools
• maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
• follow sanitation, food safety, and GMP procedures
• keep workstations clean and organized
• support food rotation and waste reduction
• communicate shortages or production concerns
• collaborate with production teammates and supervisors.
