What you'll do

• Provide safe and effective massage and therapy services
• maintain knowledge of spa services, packages, promotions, and retail products
• educate guests about products and recommend home-use products
• follow appointment schedules
• keep treatment rooms clean and organized
• complete client product cards after body treatments
• follow universal precautions and sanitary procedures
• check equipment and facilities
• respond to guest inquiries about resort services and local attractions
• comply with resort policies and standards.
