What you'll do

• Manage purchase orders from placement through delivery
• source aircraft parts, engine components, materials, tooling, supplies, and services
• communicate with vendors about pricing, availability, lead times, documentation, and delivery
• resolve delays, shortages, discrepancies, and documentation issues
• identify suppliers and maintain vendor relationships
• compare quotes and negotiate terms
• ensure required documentation and traceability
• maintain purchasing records
• support vendor performance evaluation and inventory initiatives.
