The role assists the Facility Security Officer in maintaining the company security program and personnel security clearances. It supports compliance with government security requirements through clearance processing, records and training management, inspections, incident response, and coordination with security agencies.

What you'll do

• Assist with the security program under NISPOM, applicable directives, and company procedures
• process personnel clearance documentation through e-QIP
• maintain security records and databases including DISS and NISS
• manage security training and annual refresher training
• conduct facility change conditions and self-inspections
• prepare for DCSA security reviews
• conduct employee briefings and debriefings
• submit visit requests
• investigate incidents and security violations
• maintain safeguarding records and access rosters
• assist with SOP updates and foreign travel briefings.
