Senior Human Resource Specialist

The Senior Human Resource Specialist is a remote role based in the United States. Compensation is not specified. This role exists to apply advanced skills in federal HR areas including staffing, classification, benefits, recruitment, and employee relations. The specialist researches policy, writes new HR policies, and provides guidance to improve accountability and transparency.

What you'll do

• Research HR policy, write new HR policies, and provide guidance regarding federal HR.
• Develop, document, and implement SOPs.
• Review HR workflow and map existing processes to streamline workflow.
• Design and produce reports and queries utilizing NFC and other agency databases.
• Conduct workforce-related studies such as workforce mobility assessment and competency models.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree required.

Experience

10 years of federal Human Resources experience.
