Maintenance Technician — Luxury Apartments

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
• communicate service-request status
• complete make-ready turns within the stated seven-day standard
• maintain organized parts and supplies
• inspect and repair community areas
• follow health and safety procedures and preventive maintenance practices
• record work in Yardi and use Sparkle as an inspection tool
• participate in the on-call rotation for emergency service requests.
