The lead builds and operates the processes, tools, and reporting that help program teams track actions, decisions, risks, and gate readiness. By creating a lean operating system that can scale across the portfolio, the role helps program leaders and engineers coordinate work and maintain a clear view of program health.

What you'll do

• Design program reviews, risk boards, action and decision logs
• establish PDR and CDR readiness tracking, evidence tracking, review logistics, and action closure
• facilitate risk management
• implement and administer program tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Smartsheet
• maintain dashboards and metrics
• extend the Viceroy operating system across REGENT’s program portfolio.
