Senior Development Manager, Production Support (Orion)

What you'll do

• Triage, reproduce, and investigate Orion production issues using logs, metrics, traces, queries, and code
• perform root-cause analysis and identify workarounds or fix paths
• document findings and hand them off to global engineering teams
• maintain incident tickets and stakeholder updates through closure
• lead post-incident reviews and follow-up actions
• mentor U.S.-based engineers and develop knowledge transfer, runbooks, and training
• coordinate priorities, handoffs, and escalations across time zones
• support sprint delivery, releases, testing, documentation, and secure coding
• maintain Orion architecture and troubleshooting documentation.
