CNC Machinery Commissioning Technologist

Job overview

What you'll do

• Install, set up, level, and align CNC machines and automated subsystems
• commission equipment and assist with startup, testing, and customer acceptance
• diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical problems
• interpret prints, schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
• debug hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• identify basic control and electrical faults and involve specialists as needed
• perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor modifications
• document work and coach customers on basic operation and maintenance.
