What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare and present cost plans
• review estimates with design teams and contractors
• reconcile contractor data
• gather project status for cost updates
• prepare written comments on contractor submissions
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, cost variances, change control, contingency, and commitment tracking
• prepare funding presentations and monthly cost reports
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor talent
• manage commission financial forecasts and reporting.
