What you'll do

• Perform and verify testing in applicable core laboratory disciplines
• calibrate, operate, and maintain instruments and analyzers
• review and validate results with quality control and proficiency testing
• troubleshoot instruments, reagents, and workflows
• follow CLIA, CAP, state requirements, and SOPs
• support training, competency, and oversight
• document work in the laboratory information system
• communicate critical results
• participate in process improvement and safety initiatives.
