What you'll do

• maintain relationships with growers, suppliers, and distributors
• evaluate quality, freshness, grading, and shelf life
• monitor inventory
• coordinate orders, deliveries, and logistics
• analyze purchasing and product performance
• assist with supplier negotiations and resolve quality, availability, pricing, and delivery issues
• maintain purchasing records and support reports.
