What you'll do

• Handle all phases of pre-trial construction litigation and arbitration
• serve as first chair in trial and arbitration hearings
• advise homeowners, contractors, HOAs, and condominium associations
• conduct depositions, hearings, and discovery
• direct litigation strategy
• negotiate disputes
• delegate work to associates and paralegals
• guide clients through construction and renovation issues.
