What you'll do

• Create daily deliveries and monitor order processing
• monitor stock availability
• support account and purchasing teams with order issues
• update inventory and manage promotional planning, returns and inbound planning
• coordinate return shipments
• communicate order status and expected delivery dates
• prepare status reports
• oversee accounts to meet SLAs
• assist the Account Manager with data, advice and problem-solving
• support process improvements and customer business reviews
• coordinate with operations.

Why this role
