Senior Creative Project Manager

Job overview

The Senior Creative Project Manager role is remote for candidates who live outside a 30-mile radius of a Five9 office; candidates within that radius work hybrid, three days a week in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The role must work Pacific Time, 8 AM–5 PM. Compensation is $82,300–$229,500 per year. Five9 provides cloud contact center software to customers worldwide. This senior individual-contributor role manages creative and content projects from intake through delivery, helping teams produce accurate, consistent, on-brand assets. It improves workflows, coordinates stakeholders and creative teams, and serves as a final quality checkpoint, including careful review of AI-assisted content and visuals before release.

What you'll do

• Improve creative request and production processes

• manage the creative calendar and capacity plan
• track milestones and communicate updates
• review creative and content against brand and style guidelines
• maintain quality-assurance checklists
• confirm approvals
• manage campaigns and assets from intake through delivery
• maintain timelines and status trackers
• consolidate feedback and manage versions
• identify bottlenecks and escalate risks
• document lessons and processes
• use and evaluate AI tools, including Claude, and review AI-assisted work for accuracy, tone, and brand fit.
