The Store Supervisor - Evening/Overnight role is an onsite position located in Elizabethtown, PA. 50/hr differential for overnight shifts, and this role supports the retail operations team at Sheetz. This role exists to provide leadership and supervision to store team members, ensuring high-quality customer service and efficient store operations. The supervisor mentors staff, manages inventory, and maintains store cleanliness to uphold the company's reputation for excellence.

What you'll do

• Welcomes customers to stores with greetings and top-tier customer service.
• Serves quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast, and friendly manner.
• Mentors and coaches the team to prioritize tasks.
• Monitors in-store inventory to ensure products are ordered, merchandised, rotated, and readily available.
• Keeps the store, kitchen, and dining areas clean.
