The Dishwasher role is onsite in San Diego, CA. Compensation is $17.25–$20 per hour, depending on experience. At King's Fish House, the dishwashing team supports the restaurant’s seafood service by keeping dishes and kitchen equipment ready for use. This role keeps the kitchen operating smoothly by washing, storing, and maintaining dishes and equipment, completing assigned side work, and helping maintain a clean and safe back-of-house environment.

What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glasses, and flatware using proper procedures and equipment
• load and unload items and return them to storage
• complete opening, ongoing, and closing duties
• help stock incoming supplies when directed and time permits
• clean the kitchen and maintain a safe dishwashing area
• follow cleaning schedules and report hazards.
