What you'll do

• Handle, transport, and plate food
• follow planned menus, standard recipes, portion guidelines, and garnishing instructions
• prepare food and snacks
• monitor freshness, cooking status, and temperatures
• maintain meal-service logs
• stock and clean stations
• follow food rotation and sanitation procedures
• wash and store dishes
• deliver and retrieve food carts.
