What you'll do

• Lead feasibility assessments, site analysis, and early concept development
• translate client objectives into strategies aligned with business goals
• advise executives on planning, risk, delivery models, and change management
• develop integrated scope, schedule, financial, resource, and operational plans
• serve as a strategic client contact
• oversee multiple initiatives and guide cross-functional teams
• monitor KPIs
• analyze budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability
• identify cost and process improvements
• support contract review and risk assessment
• mentor project leaders and improve delivery practices.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field plus at least seven years of relevant project-management experience, or a high school diploma plus at least ten years managing large-scale multidisciplinary AEC projects. PMP or similar certification is preferred.
