Genesis Swim Lesson Instructor

Job overview

The Genesis Swim Lesson Instructor role is onsite in Fort Collins, CO, at either the South or FCC location, with compensation of $23–$28 per hour. The instructor works with the aquatics department and reports to the aquatics manager. The instructor plans and delivers classes that are safe, fun, and appropriately challenging for students. Lesson preparation, student certificates, and an organized pool deck support consistent aquatics programming.

What you'll do

• Provide safe, fun, and challenging swim classes
• prepare and implement lesson plans appropriate to class level
• complete and distribute certificates at the end of lesson sessions
• take responsibility for scheduled hours and follow substitute procedures when needed
• attend department meetings
• maintain a professional appearance and attitude
• keep the pool deck clean and organized.

Why this role
