The Construction Manufacturing Technician role is onsite in an indoor production facility in Webster, NY. Pay starts at $22–$25 per hour. Duraframe manufactures prefabricated light-gauge metal framing systems and curved track assemblies for commercial and high-rise construction projects. The technician assembles framing components and wall panels, operates production equipment and hand tools, and supports fabrication, material handling, and quality checks. The work helps produce construction components for projects across the Northeast in a safe, organized production environment.

What you'll do

• Assemble prefabricated wall panel systems and framing components
• operate production equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery
• read shop drawings and production specifications
• build curved track and custom framing assemblies
• assist with framing, sheeting, material handling, and quality checks
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
