What you'll do

• Coordinate contract work and outside vendors
• respond to maintenance requests and track repair statistics
• maintain building condition
• establish and perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• respond to emergency calls and remain on-call on various weekends
• perform janitorial duties and snow removal as needed
• supervise part-time, temporary, or contract personnel
• inspect the building
• monitor security and fire systems
• order supplies
• prepare vacant units
• maintain equipment service files
• support staff supervision and safety.
