What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and lead memory care unit operations in accordance with applicable laws
• partner with the Activities Director to provide appropriate activities
• design and facilitate dementia-appropriate programming incorporating Life Skills
• establish relationships with local Alzheimer’s organizations
• plan and facilitate monthly family support meetings
• and supervise CNAs in the memory care unit.
