Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite position located in St Paul, MN. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person, with approximately $168,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Milton Hershey School is a top-notch home and school for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role is for married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, guidance, and support for approximately 8-13 students in on-campus homes. The goal is to create a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

Experience

Experience working or volunteering with youth; High school diploma or GED required.
