It helps maintain accurate payroll and employee records, support recruitment and onboarding, and improve HR workflows as the role develops broader responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Support Paycom implementation, migration, testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration
• assist with payroll processing and documentation
• maintain employee and personnel records
• document HR and payroll workflows
• manage assigned job postings and candidate communications
• track pre-employment clearances and coordinate remote background checks and drug testing as needed.
