The CFO leads financial planning, reporting, budgeting, reimbursement, compliance, and risk management to support the health center’s fiscal sustainability and organizational decisions. The role also manages and develops the finance team and communicates financial performance to leadership and the board.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic financial planning, KPI monitoring, annual budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis
• oversee grant programs, patient billing, operating and capital budgets, internal controls, audits, regulatory compliance, payroll tax filings, Form 990, and grant reporting
• manage and mentor finance staff
• use financial technology and analytics
• present financial updates to leadership, committees, and the board.
