The manager partners with FabLogix leadership and employees on workforce planning, organizational development, employee relations, performance, and day-to-day HR needs. The role helps the organization scale while implementing broader HR programs and maintaining consistent, compliant people practices.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary HR partner to leadership, supervisors, and employees
• support workforce planning, staffing, retention, and talent development
• coach managers on performance and leadership
• lead or support employee relations matters and investigations
• promote consistent policy application
• support engagement, retention, communication, and change management
• ensure employment-law compliance
• execute HR processes and programs
• identify improvements to HR processes and service delivery.
