What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for Change, Problem, DevOps, and ITSM metrics
• develop an AI-first strategy and roadmap for routine service requests
• establish self-auditing capabilities and conduct Change Advisory Board reviews
• oversee SLA and OLA performance
• and provide executive recommendations through trend analysis and performance reporting.
