What you'll do

• Help achieve store and individual sales goals

• build client relationships through outreach
• assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating associates
• support store leadership and communicate company policies and initiatives
• assist with payroll and coverage goals
• support visual merchandising, operations, and marketing directives
• communicate employee relations and compliance matters
• follow loss-prevention procedures and assist with audits and inventories. Weekend and night shifts are required
• occasional travel may be required.
