What you'll do

• Support people with activities of daily living and skills training
• help people make decisions and develop independence
• assist with medical, clinical, and financial needs
• transport or accompany people to activities as needed
• maintain progress notes, checklists, and other required documentation
• complete household cleaning duties
• conduct steady care calls during awake overnight shifts
• assist with community resources and recreation
• administer medications according to MAP regulations as applicable
• maintain required training and certifications
• attend staff and supervision meetings.
