What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• assist with medications according to orders and facility policies
• complete medication administration records and resident documentation
• monitor and report changes in condition
• assist with meals, hydration, and routine needs
• respond to call lights
• complete rounds and safety checks
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control and resident-safety procedures.
