What you'll do

• Manage customer queries through resolution
• prototype technical solutions involving the Python SDK or Encord Active
• investigate backend systems and escalate issues when needed
• collaborate with engineering and product to triage issues and share product feedback
• build customer relationships
• monitor response and resolution times and improve support processes.
