What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day funeral home operations
• supervise, coach, and support staff
• coordinate schedules and workflows
• maintain regulatory, safety, and company-policy compliance
• partner with regional leadership on operational, financial, and customer-service objectives
• guide families through funeral and cremation arrangements
• coordinate and direct funeral and memorial services
• complete required documentation
• perform embalming and preparation duties if licensed and as needed.
