What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care across Intensive Care, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Nursery, the Emergency Department, and Ambulatory Infusion Center
• plan, implement, and assess medication-related programs
• verify prescriber orders
• contribute to order sets, guideline compliance assessments, medication-use evaluations, medication policies, committees, employee education, competency assessments, student precepting, and formulary management as applicable.
