Warehouse Lead — Second Shift

The Warehouse Lead role is onsite in Bloomingdale, IL, working the second shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The lead supports NOW Foods’ warehouse team and operations at its Bloomingdale facilities. The role coordinates daily warehouse work, supports safe and efficient receiving and shipping, and helps ensure materials reach production on schedule. Through coaching, training, process monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement, the lead helps the department meet its safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and delegate daily warehouse tasks
• support receiving, shipping, and movement of product to manufacturing
• monitor shift performance and resolve or escalate issues
• train and mentor employees
• help prepare procedures and work instructions
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• review paperwork and inventory discrepancies
• coordinate supplies with other departments
• and support safety, food safety, cGMP, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work in receiving at both Bloomingdale facilities as needed.
