The lead coordinates daily warehouse work, monitors shift performance, and helps maintain safety, quality, and efficiency. The role also trains and coaches employees, supports inventory and shipping processes, and works with supervisors and other teams to meet department and production needs.

What you'll do

• Perform warehouse receiving, shipping, and product movement tasks
• monitor shift performance and address or escalate issues
• recommend improvements to safety, quality, methods, and equipment use
• train and mentor employees
• help write procedures and work instructions
• operate warehouse machinery safely
• assign and monitor tasks with supervisors
• review paperwork and report inventory discrepancies
• coordinate supplies with other departments
• participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
