The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Texas City, TX, in a post-acute setting. Compensation is $43 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care
• lead team conferences for individualized care plans
• assist with emergency measures
• document observations and interventions in the EMR
• administer medication and perform IV therapy within RN scope
• coordinate communication with customers, families, team members, and physicians
• provide health teaching
• participate in in-service training
• follow infection control and HIPAA requirements.
