Customer Support Engineer – Plant and Manufacturing Liaison

What you'll do

• Re-verify parts in the computer system
• analyze nonconformances
• verify suspect product and maintain product test equipment
• communicate between the customer plant and Delphi
• expedite nonconforming material back to Delphi the same day
• enter information into the Incident Reporting System
• provide technical and system support
• coordinate initial 24-hour containment and additional containment when required
• participate in response teams
• write weekly trip reports
• monitor and negotiate customer return-parts-per-million rates
• coordinate special-event activity and develop customer relationships.
