What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for new and returning patients

• work with the home care scheduler to manage appointments
• explain insurance coverage and scheduling processes
• collect copays and discuss financial arrangements
• support therapists with patient-related tasks
• oversee daily front-office operations and administrative duties.
