What you'll do

• Administer and record medications and treatments as ordered and under licensed-nurse supervision
• follow the five rights of medication administration
• notify licensed staff when residents report pain
• take and record vital signs when assigned
• observe and report medication reactions or side effects
• answer call lights and make rounds
• report changes in resident condition or behavior and unusual incidents.
