- Perform preventive maintenance according to manuals, manufacturer instructions, and work sheets

- minimize downtime and communicate with maintenance and operations management
- submit parts requisitions
- report shift activities and line calls
- complete daily logs and MP2 work orders
- maintain parts inventory
- follow lockout/tagout procedures and safety requirements
- support bakery equipment.
